2017 Community Consultation Survey
This is our first general survey to get an idea of what directions need to take when developing LAMP's first Trans & Gender Diverse programming in the Etobicoke location. This survey will take approximately 15 to 30 minutes to fill. Feel free to skip any questions that you do not want to answer and let us know what questions are missing in the comment sections at the end.
