As this project grows we plan to partner with other organizations that are interested in improving Trans & Gender Diverse services in the West-End of Toronto. This is a way for us to gather resources and start making ideas into concrete initiatives. LAMP Community Health Centre
LAMP is a multi-service, non-profit community health centre with a wide variety of programs. The aim at LAMP is to connect primary healthcare to a range of social issues and community services. This is because LAMP believes in an integrated definition of health which looks beyond disease and encompasses economic, and social factors which can determine someone's health.
LAMP is the host organization for the Trans & Gender Diverse Community Working Group.
East Mississauga Community Health Centre is a branch of LAMP Community Health Centre which serves Peel Region. East Mississauga is currently running the Trans and Gender-Diverse Communities Advisory Committee which is running regular programming, conducting research, and participating in outreach initiatives.
