ABOUT
Purpose & Role of the Working Group
This is a fluid, drop-in committee that is meant to include anyone who self-identifies on the trans, gender diverse, non-binary etc. spectrums who wants to contribute to research and service creation in West Toronto. There are no restrictions on age, level of experience, professional background etc. Everyone is welcome.
This working group is run collectively and makes decisions based on consensus. Discussion of decisions happens both in meetings and through closed, invite based online communication for safety reasons. The policy for this group when it comes to the work itself is Do What You are Able which means that there is no minimum or maximum time or work commitment for each member to abide by.
